         Identification: Located in the middle of the Chicago Park district. This place was facing a serious problem. The problem is a lot of a trash and plastic waste are scattered around the Chicago Park district.   Description 1: These trashes are not managed well. This condition makes the people uncomfortable and make the park becomes empty of visitors.
